1. Scope of Terms
1.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of goods and services between the customer of the Sisustuspood.ee online store (hereinafter “the Consumer”) and Arem Kaubandus OÜ (hereinafter the “Online Store”).
1.2 In addition to these terms, the legal relationship between the parties is governed by the Law of Obligations Act, the Consumer Protection Act, and other legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
1.3 The Online Store reserves the right to amend the General Terms and Conditions. Amendments are published on the Sisustuspood.ee website and apply prospectively; orders are subject to the terms valid at the time of placing the order.
2. Pricing Information
2.1 All prices are in euros (EUR) and include 24% VAT.
2.2 Prices are valid from the time of placing the order until the payment deadline (five days after placing the order).
2.3 If an order is placed before amendments are made to prices or terms, the terms valid at the time of ordering shall apply.
2.4 The Online Store may amend prices by publishing updated prices on the website.
3. Placing an Order
3.1 Add the desired products to the shopping cart and click on “Checkout”.
3.2 Choose whether you are purchasing as a guest or as a registered customer.
3.3 Fill in the required fields, select a payment method, and submit the order (“Submit order”).
3.4 An invoice/order confirmation is automatically sent by email.
3.5 Orders are processed from 8:00–-17:00 Monday-Friday; orders placed after 14:00 on a Friday are processed on the following business day.
3.6 Please provide accurate and valid contact and delivery details; incorrect information may cause delays or disputes.
4. Entry into Force of Sales Contract
4.1 The sales contract enters into force once the Consumer has paid for the order and the payment has been received in the Online Store’s bank account.
4.2 Unpaid orders are cancelled five days after placing the order.
4.3 The Online Store undertakes to deliver the goods, whether in stock, in progress or to be procured in the future, and to transfer ownership, and the Consumer undertakes to pay the invoice amount and accept the goods.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Accepted payment methods:
• Bank links (Estonian banks),
• Credit and debit cards,
• Payment solutions mediated by Montonio Finance,
• Hire purchase via Holm Bank,
• Advance payment by invoice.
5.2 All payments are processed via a secure encrypted connection. The Online Store has no access to the Consumer’s bank or card details.
6. Delivery
6.1 After the contract enters into force, the Online Store prepares the order and hands it over to logistics partners.
6.2 Delivery times shown on the website apply from receipt of payment.
6.3 The Consumer is responsible for providing correct delivery information.
6.4 The Online Store is not liable for delivery delays if the goods were handed over to the logistics partner on time and the delay is due to circumstances beyond the Online Store’s control.
7. Right of Withdrawal
7.1 The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
7.2 Exceptions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the Consumer’s personal specifications or custom-made goods (including custom furniture, kitchen sets, sinks, wardrobes, and bathroom furniture).
7.3 Return costs are borne by the Consumer, unless otherwise stated in a campaign or if the product does not conform to the order.
7.4 To withdraw, submit a withdrawal notice to info@sisustuspood.ee and return the goods within 14 days of submitting the notice.
7.5 The Online Store refunds all payments received (including original delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving a withdrawal notice, using the same payment method.
7.6 The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the returned goods resulting from use beyond that which is necessary to ascertain the nature, features and functioning of the goods.
8. Claims Procedure (Warranty)
8.1 The Online Store is liable for the non-conformity of goods for up to two years from delivery. Within the first six months, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery unless the Online Store proves otherwise.
8.2 Claims must be submitted within two months of discovering the defect by emailing info@sisustuspood.ee or calling +372 433 3803.
8.3 The claim must include the customer’s name, and contact details, the order number, and a description of the defect. Use of the product should be discontinued.
8.4 Repair or replacement terms are agreed between the parties, with repair costs covered by the Online Store.
8.5 The Online Store is not liable for defects caused by the Consumer (e.g. improper use or storage).
8.6 If the defect cannot be remedied within a reasonable time, the Consumer has the right to a price reduction or to the termination of the contract and a refund.
9. Force Majeure
The Online Store is not liable for damages or delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its control or foreseeability (force majeure).
10. Personal Data Processing
10.1 By placing an order, the Consumer consents to the processing of their personal data (name, phone, address, email) for order fulfilment and delivery, and for sharing with payment and logistics partners.
10.2 The Consumer has the right to prohibit data processing, except where processing is necessary for contract performance, debt collection, or delivery of goods.

11. Transfer of Ownership and Risk
11.1 Ownership transfers to the Consumer upon full payment of the purchase price.
11.2 Upon delivery, the risk of accidental loss or damage transfers to the Consumer or their representative.
12. Product Information, Images, and Tolerances
12.1 Due to screen settings, colours and images may differ slightly from reality. This does not constitute non-conformity.
12.2 Furniture and components may have production tolerances (e.g. ±2 mm) without affecting usability.
13. Custom Orders, Measurement, and Installation
13.1 For custom-made products, the customer is responsible for measurement accuracy unless the Arem Kaubandus OÜ measurement service is ordered in writing.
13.2 For installation services, the Consumer must ensure access, workspace, electricity, and dry/even surfaces; additional work due to obstacles is charged separately.
13.3 If installation is impossible due to insufficient preparation of the site, a new time is agreed and additional visit costs are borne by the Consumer.
14. Failed Delivery and Storage
14.1 If delivery fails due to the Consumer (incorrect address, unavailability), re-delivery is arranged at the Consumer’s expense.
14.2 If the Consumer does not accept the goods within seven calendar days of the agreed date, the Online Store may store the goods and charge reasonable storage fees.
15. Advance Payment and Commencement of Work (Custom Orders)
Custom orders are commenced upon receipt of advance payment; deadlines are calculated from the receipt of advance payment and confirmation of final drawings.
16. Campaigns, Discount Codes, and Gift Cards
16.1 Campaign and coupon discounts are not combined unless otherwise stated and apply only during the campaign period.
16.2 Gift cards are valid until the indicated expiry date and are not redeemable for cash, except as required by law.
17. Pre-Ordered and Back-Ordered Goods
Delivery times are indicative and depend on manufacturers and logistics partners; reasonable delays do not constitute a breach of contract.
18. Limitation of Liability
The Online Store is not liable for indirect damages (e.g. loss of profit); the total liability of the Online Store is limited to the purchase price, except in cases of intent or gross negligence or where otherwise required by law.
19. Communication and Notices
19.1 The Online Store may send order-related notifications by email or SMS.
19.2 Contracts and invoices are archived electronically and are considered reproducible in written form.
20. Applicability, Language, and Governing Law
20.1 These terms apply to products sold in Estonia unless stated otherwise in the product details.
20.2 The contract language is Estonian, and Estonian law applies.
21. Severability
If any provision is invalid, this does not affect the validity of other provisions; the invalid provision will be replaced with a valid one of similar economic effect.
22. B2B Special Terms
For sales to business customers, the withdrawal right under the Consumer Protection Act does not apply; liability is limited to repair, replacement, or price reduction, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Any disputes are resolved in Harju County Court unless agreed otherwise.
23. Dispute Resolution

23.2 If no agreement is reached, the Consumer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. (The Consumer will not be charged for the proceedings.).
23.3 The Consumer may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
